There is nothing wrong with having to recommit. Recommit as many times you need for honestly maintenance is just a person constantly recommitting over and over. You will fall off. ... I think you can tell by the pic on the left that I literally ran my booty off !! This was before I really dialed into lifting! Probably about 7 years ago? At the time I was training for a half marathon & putting in a lot of miles and little strength training. I love to run! Always have. Love how it makes me feel!! Love that it helped me on my journey to losing over 30 lbs after having my son. Love that it helped me BEGIN something with confidence and ease. Just me against ...myself!! But... Along the way I found another love for something completely different & that is weight lifting . It is sooo rewarding & when you see your body composition changing it can get addicting!! I love my curves! I love the mass I have gained! I love that I can tell you this because my goals are my own and they don’t need to be validated & either do yours! Today I’m telling you we all have to start somewhere!! You will never know if you love something if you never give it a try. Try something new. Try it with fear, pain, doubt, hands trembling, heart beating out of your chest, & in that moment be thankful you can feel a heart fighting to live!
