March 16, 2020 FBH Clients,... In an effort to prevent the further spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), Foundations Behavioral Health, LLC owners have moved to limit face to face contact and offer the option to switch over to telemedicine. We are currently working on getting a different tele-health website. As soon as we get this up and running , all Foundations clients will receive new information regarding ways to log in and access services. This is an unprecedented situation, and one for which we do not have all the answers. We acknowledge the anxiety this may cause, and we are working through all of implications and possible contingencies for our clients and staff members. Thank you for your understanding and for your patience. You will also be sent a tele-health form to sign if you have not signed one. Please stay safe, wash your hands frequently, and practice social distancing whenever possible. If you are experiencing an immediate crisis, please call 911.
