This pre-recorded live Facebook virtual presentation will take place on Saturday, May 29 at 1:00p.m. Join professor Wing, as he navigates the latter portion of ...the fascinating history of the Trans-Mississippi Theater of the Civil War (major conflicts that took place west of the Mississippi River, such as the Battle of Wilson's Creek in Southwestern Missouri, the Battle of Pea Ridge in Northwestern Arkansas, and the Battle of Honey Springs in current-day Eastern Oklahoma) through the eyes of Private Henry A. Strong, Co. K, Twelfth Kansas Infantry! Professor Wing will also be available to answer typed questions in the comments section throughout and after the program. See more
