I received a great honor today and was appointed to serve as an Associate Judge for the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribal Court. Because of the tribes sovereignty, I will be able to continue in my capacity as a private attorney in State Courts while serving as a tribal judge. We will continue to serve the public as we have for the last 9 years. I look forward to serving you for many years to come -Juan Garcia -

In light of todays announcement from the Department of Justice, it is important to understand that if you are a recipient of a work permit through DACA, it will remain valid until the expiration date printed on the card. Should your permit be set to expire on or before March 5th, 2018, your application for renewel must be received by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services no later than October 5, 2017. At this time any NEW NON-RENEWEL applications received after September 5th, 2017, will not be processed. I will attempt to post any further updates as they become available.
