Granite Family Medical Clinic

Beginning Wednesday April 21st, GFMC will not be seeing patients on Wednesdays in Granite. All normal clinic availability will continue @ Granite on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Mark Evans, PA-C will be in Hobart on Wednesday and patients are welcomed to be seen at Elkview Physicians Group on the north side of Elkview General Hospital. Tuesday 4/13/21: GFMC is closed for the remainder of the day for administrative purposes. Please leave a message that will be returned when we reopen tomorrow morning.

UPDATE: We're excited to announce that all Oklahomans will be eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine starting March 29. We encourage everyone to make an appointment for their vaccine as soon as possible through any of the available methods.

ADDITIONAL VACCINE DOSES AVAILABLE AT ELKVIEW GENERAL HOSPITAL Elkview General Hospital is holding several vaccine clinics this week and it is very likely that ...there will be additional doses of vaccine available. We anticipate having a few additional doses of Moderna, Pfizer, and Johnson and Johnson but will not know for certain how many doses until later in the week. We wanted to make this notice so that anyone interested in receiving a COVID vaccine can contact the hospital to be put on a list. Any additional doses of vaccine will be administered on a first come, first serve basis. Call us today at 580-726-1900 if you want to be put on the reservation list for Friday.
