One year ago today, we had the last Date Night before our two-month shutdown. Tonight, we have another Date Night - New St. Paddy's Day. Our classes are still at half-capacity and socially distanced. We're still wearing masks and probably will until we get an "all clear" from Dr. Bruce Dart at THD. We have learned and experienced a lot along the way. We are better for it. We have survived. Thanks to everyone who has supported our little business. Here's to a very happy St. Patrick's Day! (23andMe says I'm about 90% Irish.)

Thanks to everyone who joined us in our Irish "pub" last night for our Friday Night LIVE Cook Along. We had a blast but then we always do! I must say the menu was one of our best! oI couldn't stop eating that damn delicious Colcannon! How about you? And, everything was super EASY, right?
