Fitness is a big part of my life. As work continues to grow for me, finding ways to make every minute of my day count is a priority to me. My day starts at 6 am, I normally finish training at 9 pm. On top of that, staying up to date with designing personalized online programs, and re...vamping clients' training regimes is important too. Somedays I have little time for my own workouts. This post isn’t a complaint post. I want to encourage many of you who too have demanding schedules just like me. Sometimes your gym isn’t an actual gym, sometimes it’s in your living room or even a park on a sunny day. All that matters is that you stay committed! Check out my leg day routine.
