Meet our team member, Sierra! Sierra is one of our awesome Chiropractic Assistants and is always learning, growing, loving, and serving! She loves being outside and working out! Her favorite food is steak! ... I enjoy capturing photos of all God’s creation. I adore children of all ages but babies have a special place in my heart. Inside Out Chiropractic is a place where I can see kids heal from Above, Down, Inside, and Out. I love encouraging and loving others. I love the Lord, going to church, and my amazing husband whom God has blessed me with. I also love missions and even got to take a missions trip to Africa! One thing I love about being in the office is having the opportunity every day to be a part of God’s intricate design in other’s lives. I’m beyond blessed and honored to get to expect miracles and see God’s hands at work. I live for the moments when I see healing in an individual taking place and the freedom they have as they leave their pain in the past. See more

Meet our team member, Cintia! Cintia is a first generation Mexican-American born right here in beautiful Tulsa, Oklahoma. She is one of 6 children, with 4 nieces, 5 nephews, and 1 great nephew. She has a fur baby, Lilo, who means the world to her. She was able to start healing at Inside Out Chiropractic as a practice member and couldn’t pass up the opportunity to join the team as a Chiropractic Assistant shortly after in March 2020. She is the amazing person and talen...t behind our office themes and decor! Her most embarrassing moment is the time she did a contest at a radio station for a meet and greet for Frankie J. She had to wear a depends underwear as part of it and a picture was posted of her but hey, at least she got to meet Frankie J.! In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, going on walks with her dog Lilo, reading, spending time at the lake, and traveling. She loves to be able to serve God by serving and loving on others as well as seeing miracles take place within the office by helping people realize they can live drug-free lives! I love meeting and relating to people, being able to give them hope and making it a comfortable experience for them. I love loving people! See more

Meet our team member, Allison! Allison started working at Inside Out Chiropractic in 2019 and is one of our Chiropractic Assistants. She also functions as our Health Talk Coordinator and Social Media Specialist! She comes from a military family and has 4 brothers and 1 sister. Most of her family currently lives in Virginia and one of her brothers is deployed overseas. ... Allison is passionate about all things health! She loves training with Kettlebells, eating Açaí bowls, hiking and walking, and of course chiropractic! If you’ve met me you know I’m full of energy, happy, and excited for the day and always ready to give a hug or a smile! One thing I love about the office is the opportunity to see lives changed! I get to educate people about true health and healing and see that healing in action! Nothing replaces doing life changing lives! See more

Meet our team member, Valerie! Valerie joined Inside Out Chiropractic in November, 2018 and grew up in Oklahoma. She is an amazing mother to three beautiful boys and loves going to the movies or going on cruises! She not only is an amazing Chiropractic Assistant but is our Event Coordinator and has a huge passion for helping those around her! ... Fun fact: she is one of 17 children her parents adopted and she loves to sing! She loves steak and is always on the lookout for a new place to eat. It’s hard to come up with one thing I love to do in the office but I love being a smiling face that is sometimes the only bright spot in our practice member’s day. Knowing they look forward to seeing our faces, our hugs, our energy, or even us just saying their names...that’s my favorite. See more

We are super excited to kick off our meet the team series! Dr. Jacob and KyLeigh opened up Inside Out Chiropractic together in 2017 and have been serving our local Tulsa community with a mission to see every individual and family reach their God-given health potential through neurologically based chiropractic care. Fun facts about our fearless leaders:... Dr. Jacob played basketball in college and won a National Championship and wears a size 15 shoe...so it’s a good thing his family owns a shoe store! KyLeigh played volleyball throughout college and that’s how her and Dr. Jacob met, she’s also the youngest of 5 girls and they all grew up singing together! In their free time, Dr. Jacob loves to hunt or fish and KyLeigh loves to read and spend time in the sun. Any chance they can, they will be spending time together with their daughter Brighton and their newest addition to the family, Miss OakLeigh! Dr. Jacob’s favorite thing to do in the office is educate! He loves questions and it always fires him up to share about true health and healing! KyLeigh’s favorite thing to see in the office are all the miracles that take place and the lives that are changed for the better through principled chiropractic care.
