A couple weeks ago I closed on a beautiful turn key 640 acre ranch in Grant County and got to spend some time helping the new buyer get the ranch cleaned up and ready for spring. He had a long time friend come in to hunt turkeys and this is the pic I got from the first hr of the first day he and his friend ever hunted his new ranch. Pretty tough to beat. Yesterday I got tagged in a post by another brokerage, not sure why. The post said something about one of their agents having put 4 property’s under contract in... 4 days, one of them being 40 acres. I figured I would throw something out there for comparison. In the last 14 days I have closed 3.6 million in volume including a turnkey 1.6 million dollar 640 acre ranch. In the same 14 days I locked down 5.3 million in listings, including one of the finest 1280 acre contiguous ranches in South Central KS, and a cpl beautiful OK farms. I’ll stop there but you see the deal. You can hire a realestate agent from a brokerage that has a half dozen or more agents with less than 3 years in the business that are fescue green and fighting for 30/40 percent of the gross commission, that tag 45 people in their brokerage over a 40 acre deal, or, you could hire a land specialist, w over 10 years of real estate experience and an outdoor resume from the state of OK including two gross Booners and a sack of 5 bass weighing 28.75 lbs.
