Well the weekend is over. If you’re trying to figure out your plan for the week coming let’s start the week off right. Monday you have two chances to get a workout in with @misses_lynn2015 in the morning 5-530 or 6-645pm. Let’s start this with week with some energy.

Today we roll out the first installment of Xtreme Burn. This class is a fun cardio blast class that will get them rings closed on this Sunday afternoon. Come out and join @xtremehiphopwith_marilyn 1 of 3 instructors certified in this class in the state of Oklahoma the only one in Lawton. Trust you will love it and show up every Sunday.
