Endometriosis is a condition in which tissue abnormally grows outside of the uterus, creating lesions. These lesions can cause chronic pelvic pain, painful sex, infertility, fatigue, pain before or during periods, during ovulation or when going to the bathroom. Do not accept pain as normal when it comes to your menstrual cycle. The Colorectal Cancer Alliance has created a downloadable tracker to easily communicate symptoms of colon cancer with your gastroenterologist. Sections including symptoms, days of the week, frequency and severity will indicate important information for your provider to know when devising a treatment plan. Start monitoring your symptoms today and upload the completed tracker on MyChart for your provider to view during your appointment....
