Every season must come to an end and only one team wins the last one. I hate the fact that we don’t get to wake up tomorrow and play again. I hate it for the seniors especially. But I am beyond proud to be the coach of this hard working, funny, amazing group of young women. They gave me their all this season throughout the craziness of Covid and several other obstacles. They were a fun group to be around and I will really miss our seniors, Skye Been, Madi Folsom, and Celeste... Wood. These girls definitely left their mark on our program and they will be greatly missed. It was hard saying goodbye to their HS playing days tonight but I have no doubt that they will all accomplish great things in the future. They will always be a part of our Lady Hornet family! Turning the page on this chapter isn’t going to be easy. I’m just thankful for the opportunity to coach these girls and it’s hard to believe this season has come to an abrupt end. Still so proud to be a Hornet though. And I love my team! -Coach Warford

Game Day! We took a tough loss from a very good Tuttle team yesterday but we’re still alive in the playoff hunt. We head to Ada today to face #13 Ada at 6pm. We’re looking to regroup and go get a win today. I believe in you girls! I believe in your ability to overcome and I believe that your hard work will pay off! Now let’s go cheer our boys on to victory at 3 then go get the W at 6! -Coach Warford
