Governor Kevin Stitt has extended his Executive Order allowing tag agents and career techs to offer expanded services. Here are the highlights: Tag agents can c...urrently issue renewals, replacements and downgrades of Commercial Driver Licenses. Tag agents can currently issue a state ID card to anyone who has an Oklahoma driver license file, even if their driver license is suspended. Third-party examiners can administer Commercial Driver License skills tests to anyone who is eligible. And state career techs can now administer the written driver license examinations for Class D and will soon be able to for CDLs as well.
