We know many of you are without heat, have frozen pipes, or are having electrical problems and we are doing the best we can to get to you! We also experienced power outages within our call center due to the weather on and off today also making it difficult for you to contact us. We so appr...eciate you being patient and bearing with us. We are thankful for each of our customers and promise we are doing our best to serve you in the midst of this wintery blast of weather! Stay safe and remember there are simple things you can do in your home to help conserve heat and keep your pipes from freezing: - Limit opening external doors and cover door gaps to keep heat in your home - Switch your thermostat to emergency heat for those of you who have heat pumps if you haven't already - Drip your indoor faucets to help your pipes from freezing - Cover up outdoor faucets
