Indian Health Care Resource Center mourns the loss of a great Comanche elder and our dear friend, Delores Titchywy Sumner. Through her life she was a teacher, historian and mentor reaching people of all generations. Delores was also a champion for youth. We at IHCRC are so grateful to have gotten to know this remarkable woman. We are honored to have spent time with her, listened to her stories and laughed with her. Over decades Delores had donated to IHCRC’s Youth Summer Camp...s and Programs enabling hundreds of youth to participate in healthy and cultural activities over many summers.
