Yup! Sometimes I didn’t sleep the night before - just like you! Sometimes I show up to class dying for adult interaction - just like you! ... I can’t express how much I love working out amongst mom friends who totally get it!

Looks a little damp this morning but that won’t stop us! We will stay on the splash pad and basketball court! We work hard on cloudy days to enjoy the sunshine later! See you at 9:30!

Those little eyes are always watching. I want our iStroll kids to think health and fitness is a priority. I want them to think it’s normal for women to cheer for each other. I want them seeing their mamas making goals and crushing them. I want our kiddos forming lasting friendships with their iStroll friends. I’m so thankful my own kids have this opportunity and I want it for yours too!

THIS Week! No time to over think it. No time to think of all the reasons you aren’t ready to jump in. The only thing you have time for is loading your stroller, laying out workout clothes and giving yourself that pump up talk you deserve!
