I'm available to consult with you about your legal concerns. The most important thing is for you to have is the single document that includes an Advance Directive, Health Care Proxy, and Living Will. When Roger died, as his wife, I was able to make medical decisions for him, if necessary, and it was too late to decide whether to take extreme measures to keep him alive, but he had not left a Living Will to help me know if he wanted to donate his organs. When someone you love... dies, thinking is difficult, let alone trying to decide whether to give the body of your loved one to others. Before you die, make these decisions for the ones you love.
