Scott Williams thought April 19, 1995, was going to be just like any other day. Tragically, this wasn’t the case. He lost his life during the OKC federal building bombing while making a delivery to the daycare. Scott’s daughter, Kylie, was born soon after with special needs and received benefits via Scott’s workers’ compensation death claim. Unfortunately, her insurance company planned to stop sending her benefits after she turned 18. Watch how our team stepped in to help Kylie and her family below. Companies sued the President to regain control of their businesses, and in a historic decision in Youngstown Sheet & Tube Co. v. Sawyer, the court ruled in favor of the workers, resulting in an eventual wage increase. We support blue-collar workers across Oklahoma and are honored to fight for their deserved compensation!

ANOTHER BIG WIN FOR TEAM J&B! Attorneys Bryce Johnson and James J. Biscone recently resolved a case for a woman with a traumatic brain injury. She sustained the debilitating injury during a motor vehicle accident and didn't know how she'd recover.
