Tip of the day: Display your results. This is a simple tip to keep you motivated. Whether you lost 2" on your waist, 5lbs in the last four weeks, or bench pressed 10lbs heavier this week than last, you need to display the results! You can display these accomplishments in your house, bathroom mirror, or even on your social media feed. Find a way to stay excited about your progress so you continue the momentum on your fitness journey! #FindAWay #TeamRSP

Tip of the day: Drink more water. This is simple but are you drinking enough water for your daily intake? Do you know how much you SHOULD be drinking each day? Mayo Clinic determined that an adequate intake for men is roughly about 13 cups (3 liters) a day. The approximation for women is about 9 cups (2.2 liters) a day. Keep this in mind as your plan out your day to ensure you are getting an adequate amount of fluids (if you are very active, you may need more! So keep this ...in account as well!) Thanks for reading! #Tipoftheday

Tip of the day: Thoughts are an important role in achieving your goals - so pay attention to them. What exactly does this mean? Pay attention to your thoughts because thinking negatively may detour yourself from achieving greatness... This is the most powerful downfall when you are trying to achieve anything in life. Do not let self-doubt be the reason you quit or fail. A simple way to turn around your thoughts is to think and breathe positive thoughts throughout the day so... they become a habit. Here are some examples of simple positive reminders: 1. I can do this. 2. Nothing is going to hold me back. 3. I am the greatest at ________. 4. I can do better THIS time. 5. Let's do this! Go achieve GREATNESS! #Tipoftheday

Tip of the day: Celebrate small wins in your fitness journey. It's so easy to get wrapped up into the overall long-term goals when we should really be celebrating each small win that we accomplish. What do I mean by small wins? Here are a few ideas, when your timed mile drops by a minute or two, when your jeans no longer fit because they are too baggy, when you can benchpress an extra 25lbs, you get the picture...... When you accomplish these small milestones, don't celebrate with food but celebrate with something that'll give you continued focus with your goals like buying new Nike's, buying a new workout outfit, go to the spa and relax, go get a pedicure. Whatever it is, make it rewarding so you feel great about these small achievements! #Tipoftheday

Tip of the day: Create a "fail-safe" environment. I love junk food as much as the next person but one key to keeping a healthy diet is getting the junk out of the house. No matter what, do not bring any bad food, snacks, treats, or desserts in the house -- therefore, you are not tempted by feasting on those sweet snacks! #Tipoftheday #TeamRSP

Tip of the day: Get an accountability partner for your fitness goals. This is a critical item in all aspects of life. When we allow another individual to analyze our behaviors, habits, and progress, we are able to stick to the path we have already laid out. In the same sense, when we struggle to stick to a certain goal, the accountability of another person will kick us back on the "straight and narrow" to ensure we are working towards our goals! With that being said, I enco...urage you to find someone to keep you accountable with your fitness goals! (a few examples, close friends, siblings, spouses, significant others, neighbors, gym buddy, etc.) Go get someone to keep you on track to achieve success! #Tipoftheday #accountability #TeamRSP
