KDS Cares Skilled Rehabilitation and Long Term Care

On June 12, 2020 Governor Stitt issued an Amended Executive Order 2020-20. This order is allowing phased reopening in Long Term Care Facilities. There are safety measures that we must implement before we can allow visits in the facility. We are working diligently to implement the required safety measures. Once we have everything implemented we will contact families to explain the required processes in order for them to visit the facility.

I want to say thank you for all of my amazing nurses and for all that they do for our residents! Our facility is truly blessed with the nurses we have.

I am so proud and excited to brag on my staff. Our facility is truly blessed to have the staff that truly cares about our residents safety. Yesterday we had a visit from a federal surveyor for a focus survey. She reviewed our Covid-19 policies that we have implemented along with our infection control. I am happy to say that we passed with flying colors! We are doing everything in our power to keep our residents safe. We have no Covid-19 cases and are trying our best to keep it that way.
