Some of these hang-ups that can be healed through the program are: Bitterness Resentment Anger Trust issues Habits are coping mechanisms people use to deal with the hurt in their lives. Some of these habits that can be healed through the program are: Drug and alcohol addiction Codependency Love addiction Food issues You do not have to hit bottom for you to start getting into recovery.
