As we begin to reopen our doors today we cannot express the amount of emotions we are feeling. We are excited to be back & we are excited to see you all! We d...o know however that things will not operate the same way they once did. New regulations have been set in place and we must do our very best every single day to ensure our space is a safe one. Our girls have worked tirelessly the last two days to prepare to reopen with very little warning. We have spent hours cleaning and searching for items we now must have to comply with new OSBCB & CDC guidelines. Thankfully we are prepared for our new normal. BOOKING To all previously booked clients. Please be patient with your stylists. They have a very long list of clients to get in touch with. We are doing our very best to contact each and every one of you personally to rebook you. This will take time. Please rest assured that if you haven’t heard from your stylist yet, you will. Many of our stylists closed their books specifically for you! To assure that they could get you back in first. To all regular clients wanting to book. Please be patient with your stylist. We are doing our best to keep things as organized and as stress free as possible. Please reach out about booking an appointment. We can’t wait to see you!! But please be patient with us. Please feel free to write us, go to our online bookings, & book a future appointment. So what does our NEW NORMAL look like? According to these OSBCB & CDC guidelines 1. salons are required to be by appointment only. We will not be allowed to accept people walking through the door with out warning. This includes to purchase retail. You must call ahead of time for availabilities. To inquire about same day openings & retail you can reach us at 5808165100 2. We are limited to 1 client 1 stylist in the building at a time. This means that you will need to text your stylist upon arrival. Your stylist will text you when her previous client has left the building, her station has been disinfected, and she is ready to meet you at the door. 3. All clients and all stylists are required to wear a mask at all times inside the salon. . When engaged in face to face contact during a service we must have you cover your eyes. This includes at the shampoo bowl. 4. When your stylist meets you at the door we will check your temperature. If you have a temperature of 100 or higher your stylist will ask that you reschedule. 5. Once inside please go to our bathroom and wash your hands. If you touch your face after washing your hands please feel free to use the hand sanitizer available at your stylists station. 6. Our drive through window on the East side of the building is open and availability when you want to purchase retail.
