Per the State Farm News Room "What if I missed my payment?" We are currently working to restore our systems as quickly as possible. As our billing systems come back online, we will review accounts/payments affected by the outage and update as necessary. Late fees will NOT be charged to any accounts. For customers who are enrolled in automatic payments, any previously scheduled payments will be automatically processed when our systems are restored."

Weather conditions have created a total outage of our systems. No computer system and no phones. Totally frustrating for everyone involved, but we have no control over Mother Nature. Please be patient with us during this time. We will be ready to assist you as soon as possible.
