More snow is coming, everyone stay warm and safe!

Based on the current weather and forecast for today our offices will be closed all day. Please take this time to stay warm and stay safe. ~LCHC

In response to the anticipated Road conditions tomorrow (10/27/20) all LCHC clinics will be under a delayed opening. Clinics will open at 1pm. We will continue to monitor the weather for any changes that may impact the safety of our patients and staff.

The Assessment drive-through Center will be open today from 2pm-4pm. See more information below.
