Just a few reminders for Saturday: Cocktail Hour begins @6:30pm! You don’t wanna miss it this year........ we’ll have a beer truck and wings for everyone to enjoy! DON’T forget your CASH! You’ll definitely want to purchase Stock The Bar tickets. 5 for $10! As well as cash bars for the evening. ... Winners of Stock The Bar raffle will be announced at 7:15pm. Charity Ball is this Saturday Keep in mind when choosing your tailgate attire that this is an outdoor event. But don’t worry..... we’ll have tents, fans, and beverages to keep you cool!

Check your mailboxes ! Invitations are out! We changed our theme to create the BEST TAILGATE/LAWN PARTY ever! Here’s a few things to know and look forward to...: -Dinner will be the only thing that we serve inside, so definitely keep that in mind when choosing your Charity Ball outfit. -Wear your favorite sports attire or game day gear! Again, this is mainly an outdoor event. -There will not be a dance floor this year, however we will still have our awesome DJ blaring tunes on the patio. - We will have a large tent with misting fans on the lawn that will house our Beer and Wings tasting. This is sure to be a big hit with everyone! -Get ready to team up for some corn hole action on the back lawn, as well as rolling some dice at the Craps Table on the patio. We will have a misting fan in that area as well. -Photos, photos, and more photos! We will have a large photo backdrop under one of The Oaks amazing shade trees, near our large tent. - Both bars inside The Oaks will be open, however all barstools at each bar will be removed for the evening. This will ensure enough space for everyone to order their club specials or tequila shots . -Sanitizing stations will be set up in multiple areas. -If you do not feel comfortable attending Charity Ball this year, no worries, we completely understand. However, SHOW Inc depends on this event each and every year, so we kindly ask to please send in your donation of any amount. -One final thing: OU has proposed to the NCAA to move their season opener to August 29th. IF that happens and it happens to be a night game, we will have the game on both patio televisions, as well as the 2 televisions in the Centennial Bar. WE LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING ALL OF YOU ON AUGUST 29th! Charity Ball and The Oaks has worked very closely together to ensure Charity Ball 2020 is a safe and fun event.
