The holidays gives us many opportunities to give back to our community. Ringing the bell gave us a chance to see People reach in their pockets to give back to this great cause. The second picture is at the gift sharing day at the Dream Center where Pastor Tim Leads a great organization to help our youth and families in North Tulsa. Both events are highlights of our Christmas season!

Leading Light was proud to be a sponsor of last night’s American Cancer Society’s Cattle Barons’ Ball. It was a privilege to work with fellow Barons, sponsors, staff and volunteers to raise money for cancer patients and cancer research. #cancersucks

Pleased to announce the Temporary Certificate of Occupancy for Aspen Heights, in Amherst, Mass. Leading Light assisted in the development/construction on behalf of the equity partner. The multi-family project will be home of many families and students in the Amherst market. It was a privilege to serve on this team.

Shout out to Hunt Midwest and ISL Ventures/Integral Senior Living for closing on the Centerra parcel at Loveland, CO where they will be building a new Capstone Senior Living Community. Leading Light was proud to provide Acquisition/Due Diligence Service to this great team.

On Friday, April 9, 2021, we are delighted to announce that Mount Prospect Senior Living received both the Certificate of Occupancy and the State License to operate. Our team is very proud of the project. Leading Light acted as the consulting development officer and construction management. Team Members: ISL Ventures, Integral Senior Living, Pi Architects, Manhard Engineering and Charles Hall Construction.

Furniture is unpacked, and we hope to breath life into Mount Prospect (Illinois) in April! Enjoyed working with the entire development team and Village Officials.

As we enter the New Year of 2021, full of promise, Leading Light is celebrating our 5th anniversary with gratefulness. We could not ask for better senior living clients/partners. During these 5 years, Leading Light has sourced 5 acquisition development sites, provided owner's representation project management for 4 large new projects, 3 renovations and capital projects in 17 senior living communities. Look forward to what the new year holds for us all!
