To our clients and friends: As all of us continue to adapt to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, I wanted to provide a brief update on our operations during this period of time. We are working very diligently on achieving an appropriate balance between safeguarding the health and safety of our employees, clients and the community-at-large which we serve and continuing to provide highly responsive and exemplary service to our clients. ... Currently, our office remains open. We will continue to follow the guidance from federal, state and local governmental authorities and revise plans, if necessary and make future decisions accordingly. We have previously added remote work capabilities which will enable us to continue to be responsive to your needs throughout any office closures that may take place. We remain accessible by telephone and email as normal. As a precautionary step, we are curtailing the use of certain face-to-face meetings. However, we can arrange for telephone and video conferences on a regular basis. For clients who need to sign documentation, we are taking necessary and appropriate steps in our office to protect the health of our employees and clients. We stand ready to continue to assist and advise you with any estate or business planning issues or questions you may have, so please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
