Over the years, Lippert Bros., Inc. has worked with a number of amazing non-profit organizations in Oklahoma City. As we head toward more record-breaking cold and winter weather over the next week, The Homeless Alliance is extending the services offered by their Day Shelter to 7-days a week for the next two weeks to offer a place for some of the most vulnerable members of our community to find shelter during the day. They have also partnered with the City of Oklahoma City a...nd Mental Health Association Oklahoma to open a temporary night shelter nearby at the old Willard School. Sweeney Hall at Iowa State University was constructed in 1927 and became the home of the Chemical Engineering department for nearly 40 years. It stands as one of the first in a long line of our building projects that have served the advancement of science, research, and innovation. In 2012, LBI gained a valued client relationship with Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores after being selected to build the newest addition to their corporate campus in Oklahoma City. Our work on that 3-story, 70,000 square foot office building has led to a partnership in renovating various portions of their corporate offices as their operational needs have changed over the last 8 years. Currently we are working on the complete renovation of the 125,000 square foot former Hertz Reservation Center that was recently acquired as an addition to their main campus. From the beginning, the Myriad Botanical Gardens has been an architecturally iconic place at the heart of Oklahoma City. After constructing the Crystal Bridge in 1985, LBI returned to the gardens in 2010 to begin work on an extensive renovation project.
