Thank you to the Dodge Challenger group that visited us last night.

Today I want to recognize one of my employees for exceptional performance. It took me a while to figure out what I wanted to highlight about Mario because I could literally write a book about him here. The level of enthusiasm he brings every single day is amazing and I mean every single day! He is consistently the most asked for server by our guests (they will wait until he has a table open) he is always the top tip earner among everyone and if a day goes by that a guest d...oesn't come up to me and tell me what a great job he did it's a rarity. He remembers you face, your name, even what you like to drink and what you usually order, this is the kind of person that really makes a business a great business and I am so thankful that I have him working for me and Los Vaqueros Mexican Grill. He received a really cool set of wireless air buds and an air fryer that I thought he would really enjoy. Thank you Mario for bringing excellence to the table every day! Today is a great day! I know I am a bit strange...Shhh...But I love Mondays! I get to see all my little besties and their parents!! I've been blessed, and hav...e gotten to meet some wonderful people! Today is our Anniversary! 2 years at Los Vaqueros! (Old Speedy's) 145th and 101st! Great new owners, with lots of awesome changes!
