To be able to renew your driver’s license and be complaint with the real ID. You must bring your birth certificate, or a current passport ( if you are married, we need your marriage license); if divorced bring your divorce decree if your name is different, social security card, or W-2, or 1099 form where your ss number can be verified; and two forms of address verification. Such as two bills; water, electric, gas, cable, etc. A bank or credit card statement, your car regi...stration, etc. It will have to have your name and current address. If you are a permanent resident you must bring your resident card, and the other documents previously listed. If you have become a citizen we need your certificate of naturalization along with the other documents. The real ID must be done by September 30, 2021. For those who desired to obtain it. What is the difference? The real ID will allow you to go into any federal buildings and get into an airplane for domestic flights. We do not make appointments. We take the first 25 people Monday-Friday. On Saturday we only do 10. Waiting time varies. We work according to the order in which you got here. We do ask to get your name on our system by paying and waiting in your vehicle. Since we can only have 10 customers in our lobby. We will call you when it is your turn. We appreciate if you can be patient and wait. We won’t forget you. However, if you decide to leave and come back another day, you will have to make line. Our hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:30pm we take the first 25 individuals. Saturdays we only take the 1st 10 customers for DLs or IDs.
