Started the day off with a final walk through...then an inspection, following by two closings this afternoon! To say I’m tired is not even close! BUT...ever so grateful to be working and having clients who are happy! One closing for an investment property, one for some very happy first time home buyers! Inspection for a captain in the military that came from a referral! Blessed beyond measure to do what I love!

After MANY showings and multiple offers on this cute little Sand Springs home, I’m so happy to say my sweet client is the winner of this fight, & we are UNDER CONTRACT! Best news to give EVER! I got to show this GORGEOUS 105 year old home and it absolutely made my day! If anyone knows me, they know how much I LOVE old homes.
