Yep, the Doctor is out shoveling snow off sidewalks, and tractor clearing our drive.

Good Very Cold Morning!! Our drives are getting plowed this morning, and we are attempting to open later this morning. Major roads seem to be okay from reports I'm getting.

Shout out to all the wonderful first responders and the multiple fire departments that helped. Fire burnt right up to fence along side of house and clinic, but no damage is apparent to those important structures. Norman Fire Department had tankers parked along fence keeping that sprayed down. So many departments helped that I can't list them all, but all were greatly appreciated. No animals, staff, or people were injured. We evacuated with the animals from the clinic late... morning. I took the ultrasound machine and all computer medical records with us during the evacuation, but are back working already. Thanks to all the well wishes and offers of assistance. Thanks to all the veterinarians that have reached out to me as well. Fires are still smoldering, I'm told the barn in back could burn for days because of the hay, but everything seems to be under control at this time. The clinic will be open regular hours tomorrow. See more
