It's never too early to be thinking about our most wonderful time of the year... It's a day of golf and giving - when we host our annual Golf Championship fundraiser. Proceeds benefit the McBride Foundation including the Preserve program that supports youth athletes by supplying protective sports equipment and first aid gear to Oklahoma schools. Here at McBride Foundation, we are all about safely promoting physical wellbeing through exercise, nutrition and safely engaging in sports. But we also acknowledge the importance of mental wellbeing, of which all the above play a big role in helping. This month the focus is on promoting mental health. This helps ensure essential sports equipment & 1st aid gear are getting to the young athletes who need it most....
