McCurtain Co Solid Waste 06.06.2021

Man sites will be OPEN today Saturday, February 20th regular hours 10am to 6pm. Please keep in mind that the driveways and hills may still be slick and have snow and ice. USE EXTREME CAUTION. The snow is melting but refreezing at night. Safety is primary concern.

USE EXTREME CAUTION WHEN ENTERING MAN SITES. OUR TRUCK DRIVERS HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO ACCESS EVERY SITE DUE TO HILLS AND DRIVE WAYS ARE VERY SLICK. GO SLOW! ALL SITES ARE STILL COVERED WITH SNOW AND ICE.

Lukfata green box site will be delayed opening until the commissioners open the road back up. Please keep in mind safety is the main priority for everyone.

McCurtain Co Solid Waste 21.04.2021

Green box sites will be OPEN today Friday, February 19th regular opening hours of 10am. The sites may close early when temperatures start to drop. Please keep in mind sites may CLOSE before 6pm. The office is open regular hours today 7am to 3pm. This is how the roads still look where several people live. The city and county roads are not clear yet. The highways are clear. Please be patient with everyone. Safety is main priority.

McCurtain Co Solid Waste 17.04.2021

UPDATE: Smithville site will be OPEN tomorrow now as well. All sites will be open. McCurtain County Solid Waste man sites plan to OPEN at regular scheduled hours of 10am FRIDAY, February 19th. Please be patient with the man sites due a lot of the county and city roads are still covered with snow and ice. The Solid Waste office plans to OPEN tomorrow regular hours as well.

Due to inclement weather and the added snow. The roads are still terrible. Solid Waste office and all man sites will be CLOSED Thursday, February 18th. Please be safe if you have to get out and drive.
