M. Cook Law office will be closed today, due to inclement weather.

Please note: Cherokee County, where our office is located, has been placed under quarantine. Our office will be operating remotely as much as possible during this time. We should continue to have access to our e-mail and/or telephones. We additionally intend to continue with consultations, but will conduct them via phone or video conference. Several counties we serve have also been placed under quarantine which has restricted courthouse access. The restriction to access h...as impacted our ability to get things filed, and has presented some additional challenges as well. Some Courts are using telephonic hearings, some are rescheduling hearings. Please be patient as we do our best to move forward with your legal needs. We hope that you and your family are able to stay healthy during this time and that things will return to normal quickly.
