Menu for February 4th through the 10th Lunches consist of hot dogs with chili, onions, relish and mustard, no bread sandwich with cottage cheese and fruit, tuna & cottage cheese wirh berries, chicken wrap with spinach tomatoes and cheese. Dinners consist of eggplant parmesan with a side salad, stuffed chicken with spinach ham and cheese with broccoli, ground beef and cauliflower rice casserole, grill chicken on mixed greens . Menu for January 28 to February 3rd Lunches consist of chicken salad wrap with fruit, Cobb salad with fruit, meat and cheese roll ups with fruit, tuna with cottage cheese and fruit. Dinners consist of bunless chili cheeseburger with ranch beans and pickles & red onions, chicken parmesan over squash noodles, beef and broccoli with cauliflower rice, chicken kababs with bell peppers and onions. Menu for January 21st to the 27th lunches consist of tuna with Triscits and fruit, chicken salad wrap with fruit, Keto chili with Almond biscuits, grill chicken on mix greens with fruit. Dinners consist of fish tacos with black beans, boneless pork barbecue ribs and beans, pollock with cheesy cauliflower rice, bake chicken with bell peppers onions and cheese on top with broccoli. Menu for January 14th through the 20th lunches consist of tuna with cottage cheese and fruit, club wrap with Tweed chips, salad with grilled chicken and walnuts. Dinners consist of grilled sausage on rice, sliced ham with roasted yams, fried baked chicken strips with califlower mashed potatoes, and salad with grilled chicken. Sorry people I've been way for while I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Here is the menu for January 7th for the 13th. Lunches, chicken and cheese wrap with fruit, tuna, cottage cheese and fruit, little smokies with sliced cheese and fruit, garden salad and fruit. Dinners consist of vegetable lasagna, steak bites and roasted vegetables, chicken and vegetable casserole, and crack slaw. Orders need to be in by Saturday hopefully by noon.
