I believe in the value of a therapeutic relationship and how it can lead to a collaborative effort with my client that promotes emotional health and wellness. My clinical approach is through an eclectic range of strength based, person-centered, cognitive behavioral and mindfulness-based therapies that holistically promote an incorporation of mind, body, spirit and emotions. I have worked with children, adolescents, individuals and families for over 20 years. I am a Licens...ed Professional Counselor and Registered Play Therapist. I have certifications in trauma, attachment disorders, behavioral and relational skills. Life transitions , grief and loss issues, domestic violence, adoption transition, mood disorders, PTSD and anger management . I am a compassionate and empathic therapist who helps my client to explore and alter limited beliefs or perceptions and develop coping strategies for past or ongoing trauma issues that continue to impact the client and others around them.
