Oklahoma Weather doesn't mess around when it comes to the cold! Keep you and your little ones warm with multiple layers, hats, and gloves. The winter wind is brutal, make sure little ones faces, hands, and feet are little or not exposed to the raw cold. Stay warm out there folks!

With the recent spike in COVID-19, we want to remind everyone of the precautions to take to avoid the virus. Make sure to wash your hands for at least 20 seconds, cover your sneeze and cough, disinfect surfaces, stay at home if you feed ill, and avoid touching the face. Many symptoms are associated with coronavirus including but not limited to cough, fever, headaches, sore throat, runny nose, diarrhea, nausea, and fatigue. Stay safe and please, do not go out if you are sick!

With all the craziness of starting school, it may have slipped your minds to remind kids of healthy habits to practice while at school! Remember to WASH. THOSE. HANDS!
