We are looking for a part time front office assistant. With the potential to go full time. Starting hours would be Monday thru Friday 2/3 days a week from 9-4. Starting pay will depend on experience and will be discussed during the interview process. Busy hearing aid office looking for someone who can multitask. Some of the task include answering phones, making calls, processing payments, filing insurance claims, maintaining cleanliness of our office, emails, inventory, most importantly customer service, and cleaning patient hearing and assisting the license specialist.
