Bakery Update - Equipment all set up!! The boys had a day off from school, so we set all the equipment that we shipped in on our container. Now we just need to get the propane installed to the ovens and the inverter and solar panels installed for electricity and we will be ready to go.

Bakery Update - Didn't make February 1st for our opening day, but we are making progress. The walls are almost finished being smoothed out, should be done this week. Next week we will get the windows in and walls painted, then the flooring. The container arrived 2 weeks ago with all the supplies needed to get up and running. 5 Large ovens, 2 large mixers, etc. So after the flooring is finished we will get everything set up with the new opening date set for the 1st of March. We should be able to make that. Thank you to all that donated to make this project happen. We really appreciate it.

Praise Report - Philo (13th grade) state test results came today. Good Hope Christian School had 100% passing, that means all 16 students have officially finished High School and can go on to the next step. Very proud off their hard work in this difficult year

The Block work is finished on the bakery, next getting it all smooth over.

The frame is up and ready for the block walls to start on Monday. The 4 guys did an amazing job in 3 days. Then they had an extra couple days to help with other things that need to be done around the Missions. We appreciate all the hard work.
