Get to Know Your Trainer- So back in 2012 when I got in a car accident I was in the best shape probably I had ever been in and from what the doctors tell us there's no way I would have made it if it weren't for the physical condition I was in. Over the last 3 years, through 26 procedures and using up two of my 9 lives if I was a cat, I had one form of therapy that helped keep me semi-sane throughout the whole process and that's the gym. I lost any muscle I had and worked so h...ard to gain and became completely out of shape twice over this period as I was confined to a hospital bed and stationary for long periods of time. I had to get over the mental anguish of starting over and get back to being myself no matter how frustrating it was. So what I'm trying to say is just get your foot in the door because that's the hardest part and the rest will fall in line. Its going to be hard at first, frustrating at times and it may feel like your goals are so far out of reach that you want to give up, but they're NOT! With patience and hard work you really can do whatever you put your mind to. Don't ever let anyone ever let you think otherwise. The end result is more rewarding than I can even try to explain.
