2018 was a very busy year for us and a very interesting one as well. Lighthouse Solutions found its groove and learned so very much from our travels and our wonderful clients. I wanted to take a moment to say thank you to all our clients for putting your faith in us and giving us the opportunity do our best work for you. Here's to hoping 2019 brings a new chapter to all of us filled with new adventures, new challenges and and changes that will take us in a positive direction on our life's journey.

My time here in the North Dakota has been a learning experience. I have met some amazing people and well to be honest some not so amazing people. But I have learned something positive from everyone of them and for that I thank them all. As my time here draws to a close I find myself thinking about whats next. Where would I like to take this company and myself. The geological locations are not nearly as important as the positive impact on the people I serve is. As I am open ...to a new contract now, I will consider not only where I am going but how I am going to impact the company I serve. I think it is important for me and my company to chose a company that is looking for long term change. Change is hard for anyone, any company, even when it is for the better. I look forward to working with a company that embraces the current and up to date concepts that will launch them into a brighter future. See more
