Greetings all. I hope everyone is well or getting well. As you may or may not know our new Grand Master has issued his edict which includes some changes with regards to our meetings and dining in the lodge building. His edict does allow for us to serve meals during Stated meetings, degrees and committee meetings where only Masons, our York Rite or Eastern Star members are present. While dining no more than 2 people may sit at a table and they must maintain a distance of 6 ...feet from each other and those at the next table. The Dining Room at our Lodge building shall remain closed until December 1st to allow us time to set up the room to comply with this edict. Once the room is set up please refrain from moving tables and chairs from the position in which they have been placed. Also please remember to leave the dining room and kitchen as clean if not cleaner than you found it and make sure all trash receptacles are emptied. His edict also limits the number of members present in the lodge rooms to no more than 25 at any time. Greetings, just a quick update for everyone. We received the latest edict from our Grand Master today. I am including a copy of it in this posting. In keeping with my promise I will be opening the building for use by our members beginning July 1st. However anyone using the building will be required to comply with all of the directions listed in the latest edict. Further you will be responsible to make sure all contact areas are cleaned at the end of your function. It will b...e up to your group to provide all of the necessary items needed. We will need to be advised of any plans to use the building and we will be monitoring for compliance to the Grand Masters edict. We are continuing with the restoration and during this time certain areas of the Lodge will be closed. When you contact me to notify me of your intent to meet I will be able to advise you of any areas that might be closed at that time. Thank you so much for your cooperation and understanding.
