Attention Members: we are VERY excited to announce new access key fob styles! We now have adhesive micro thin access key fobs that can be secured to nearly anything you desire. They are perfect for placing inside of cellphone cases to ensure you never have to make a trip back home for a forgotten key fob! We will be offering 2 different bracelet style fobs that are perfect for our members who enjoy jogging to the facility!... As a promotion for new members these newer key fobs will be $5 extra at sign up due to their higher cost. For existing members the new access key fobs will be $6-8 depending on which model you choose. Please visit the office for more details or to see examples!

A huge congratulations Jake Merrick on securing a win in the election for the Oklahoma State Senate District 22. We, as a National Fitness gym family, want to offer our best wishes for this exciting new chapter in his life. We are blessed to have him as a member of our wonderful facility.

Are you stuck on a plateau for a particular lift/motion? We have an exciting surprise for our wonderful members! We now have custom chain collars for member usage. We will soon have multiple pairs of varying weights. Feel free to swing by the office for advice/tips on using this new piece of equipment!

Warning to all members, our parking lot has a heavy accumulation of snow/ice and some people are getting stuck. We do not advise parking close to the building unless you have a 4x4 vehicle. The back of the parking lot isn't as bad. Drive safe!

ATTENTION MEMBERS: Beware of extreme weather conditions! Weather conditions may effect staffed hours at National Fitness. Assuming the area does not lose power, the gym itself will remain open to the members in our usual 24/7 capacity. We advise EXTREME caution to our courageous/dedicated members who opt to brave the elements. We have salted the entryway portion of the gym, but we still ask members to be extra careful for slip and fall hazards on the premises due to the impen...ding snow/ice to come.
