FYI...If you currently have a policy with AFR. And it is on an EFT with State Guaranty Bank in Okeene- due to the merge with High Plains Bank- I will need a new form signed with the new routing number on it. All current drafts are correct and processing as they should. This will just help streamline. Please contact our office and i can mail you a new form or come by and we can fill one out here.
