The day has finally came! One side is done (except carpet this weekend) and other-side will be by the weeKend as well! Steve can draw something on a piece of paper (no blueprints) that turns out amazing! These are very nice cost efficient duplex’s with no expense spared!

Starting to see it all come together. Dry walled, lighting, tile finished. Cabinets are being set. Doors,trim, carpet and counters soon. Almost done!

Continued progress...Painted, concrete, plumbing, foam insulation for efficiency, carports... Sheetrock starts tomorrow! Moving right along!
