Hey everyone hope your memorial day weekend is going strong we are still planning on having one class today at 5:30 for everyone it will either be a big glass or a small class depending on how many show up we will make it through no matter what size don’t forget 5:30 PM tonight one hour class!!

Hey everyone the weather is extremely nasty right now and looks like it won’t be lightening up until around 7pm! They are saying we could possibly get some ping pong ball size hail also! Please use your own judgment before heading to class! ... Stay safe!

Mr. Woods is back! Mr. Woods is back!! Mr. Woods is back!!! WAHOO!!! Pretty full classes tonight! Worked on a roundhouse combo, elbow combo into a hook/ uppercut combo, and knee to hook combo!
