Dearest friends, Lightning struck the Quinton tower and the lease site-building flooded. There has been the extensive and complete destruction of our infrastructure there. My guys have been working all day to repair but it is my guess that it will be tomorrow before service is restored. I do apologize for the delay. On the bright side, it is supposed to stop raining for a few days. I know we are not the only ones to be happy about that. Diane

Our fearless leader has gone to heaven. First Baptist Church of Red Oak will be hosting a family dinner at noon. This will be followed at 2pm by the celebration of heart promotion for my Studmuffin. My beautiful husband is being cremated. Never ever did he want those he loves to see a shell of his life on Earth. Plus, he has always known how much that traumatizes me and as always, he would do anything to spare me pain. He is my best friend and my very favorite thing. Dearest friends, We are aware of the outage from the Quinton tower and the feed in Kinta. Rain has flooded the building and caused equipment to fry and smolder. My guys are working to replace and repair the damage. I do not have a timeline for this repair. Please know, they are working as quickly as possible to restore service. Diane

Dearest friends, It is spring and in the spring the trees bloom out and it rains. This can and will cause a degradation in your signal if there are limbs full of water in the path your dish is facing. Please look and trim as needed. Diane

Dearest friends, The issue on the Talihina network is a cut AT&T fiber. They are aware of it and we have a ticket added to the many they already had. Diane

Dearest friends, We are aware of a weather-related issue on some towers and my guys have been deployed. Diane

Dearest friends, I am aware of some type of issue on Red Oak feed. I am looking into it now. Diane

Dearest friends, With all of these storms, there have been many power surges and outages. These can lock up electronics. If you feel like yours is not working or not working well after a storm, please do a power cycle of your equipment. That means unplugging it for a full 2 minutes and then plugging back in. If you are still having issues, please let me know. Diane
