Hello NLWA Families & Friends! We hope to continue Our Strength & Conditioning Training Program throughout this Summer But we will need enough participants to keep it worth while. This will be an Outside Event once a Week, in the Evenings at our Local Parks in Skiatook and Collinsville City Park. We may travel to another Gym if the Weather (rain or heat) becomes an Issue. If this Event grows we will Add another Evening to accommodate Parent Schedules. We will have Cold Water ...on hand at each Event and take Multiple Water Breaks. All Parents will be Notified via TEXT or posted on Our FB Page and Website. See our Tentive Schedule Below: Start DATE: Thursday, 7/17/21 Start TIME: 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm Location: Central Park - Skiatook, (South End) Cost: $10 per Participant per event. Please Wear Light Workout Clothes and Running Shoes to these Outdoor Events. IF we go to a Gym, most likely a Wrestling Room, Wrestling Shoes may be required. We will have some Shoes available to loan. This will be Fun for the Family to Get in Shape, Be Outdoors and Hit a Splash Pad! IF You and Your Family are Interested just let me know and get Signed Up! In order for Us as a Youth Wrestling Academy, We must continue to do so to keep Our Students, their Families and Our Staff Safe, We have decided to Close our current Location this month to seek a Safer, Bigger Facility to Continue our Vision by Next Wrestling Season in the Fall! We have... Two local possibilities but We will continue to look at All Options. Anyone that may know of a building would be appreciated. We Hope to Remain in the Skiatook Area because We Love Our NLWA Families! We will still offer Our Summer Training Events which are Strength & Conditioning Outdoor Events at Our Local Parks. We have loaners on Hand!! Let's Get Busy getting in Shape!! This Week, we will have In-House Stretching, Exercises and Drills! We Supply Water and Healthy Snacks!! Next Week we will take it to the Skiatook Central Park for some Outdoor Fun!!... NO Registration Fee! Sign Ups: On Site!
