This will be a bittersweet week as we say farewell to our friend, mentor and Dean of the College of Nursing. I am blessed to have had her as my Dean when I was a Student and as a colleague to work under - and she has been a joy in both roles. She will be missed but we are so happy she and George will be near family in St. Louis. Thank you for 27 years of service as Dean, Dr. Kenda Jezek.

Three of our DNP Students were inducted into Sigma Theta Tau a few weeks ago (two are pictured) plus two more are already officers! I love their dedication to excellence. You can tell they are Oklahomans or have been here long enough to be unfazed by an approaching tornado (last pic). At least the induction ceremony had concluded!
